Kiteboarding or kitesurfing is an extreme sport for adrenaline junkies. It’s done by using the power of the wind to move a large kite attached to your board across the water. Kayaking in Pembrokeshire is one of the best ways to look at the pristine coastline. It allows you to get up close and personal with the windswept coast, sheltered coves and jagged cliffs. Stand-up paddleboarding or SUP is a water sport that was created in Hawaii. The adventerous activity involves standing on a large board and using a paddle to manovre yourself through the water. You can choose to hire a paddleboard or you can have lessons.
